RI Sensitivity of Tapered MCF Enhanced by Graphene Coating

Abstract

RI-sensitivity of a tapered MCF interferometer is investigated and enhanced by graphene coating. The microstructure with a graphene coating has achieved a RI-sensitivity of 12617.3 nm/RIU within the RI range of 1.4144 to 1.4159.
