Abstract

We present a new degree of control over surface-waves enabled by aliasing in periodic structures. Using phase-resolved near-field microscopy, we map t he twodimensional eigenmodes and demonstrate geometry-dependent control over their propaga-tion, featuring new diffraction schemes.
