Unlocking the Ultrafast Charge Transfer in Colloidal CsPbBr3/GO Heterostructure

Abstract

We studied the ultrafast charge transfer in type II CsPbBr3/GO heterostructure in the strongly coupled regime to unlock their potential for perovskite solar cells and photodetectors. We demonstrate that GO act as potential hole-transport layer.
