Nonlinear nano-imaging of few-fs coherent dynamics in 2D graphene-semiconductor heterostructures

Abstract

Using correlative adiabatic plasmonic nanofocused four-wave mixing and two-photon photoluminescence we image nanoscale heterogeneity, resolve few- to 10’s fs coherent dynamics, and model underlying interlayer coupling in 2D graphene/WSe2 heterostructures.
