Ultrafast Mid-IR Lasers for Soft X-ray High-Harmonic Generation and Applications

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Coherent soft x-rays can be generated on a tabletop by using mid-IR lasers to drive high harmonic generation. The high coherence of this source enables diffraction-limited x-ray functional microscopy of nano and bio systems.
