PAPR Reduction in DCO-OFDM and PAM-DMT Based VLC Systems

Abstract

In this paper, a pilot-assisted scheme is used to reduce the peak-to-average power ratio of multicarrier signalling based visible light communication systems and the system throughput is maximised with bit and power loading.
