Manipulating optical field of a microcavity by tailoring phase space

Abstract

We propose to manipulate the optical mode of a microcavity by tailoring its phase space, through which the photon transport can be precisely controlled, resulting in on-demand engineering of far-field emission patterns with experimental verifications.
