Long-Term Stable Passive Synchronization of 50-µJ, 690-fs, 0.4-MHz Yb-Doped Fiber Amplifier with a Mode-Locked Ti:Sapphire Laser

Abstract

We report long-term stable passive synchronization of a 50-µJ, 690-fs, 0.4-MHz Yb-doped fiber chirped-pulse amplifier with a mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser as long as 8 hours with a timing jitter of 42 fs.
