Time domain switching / demultiplexing using four wave mixing in GaInP photonic crystal waveguides

Abstract

Dynamical four wave mixing in GaInP photonic crystal waveguides is demonstrated for time domain switching/demultiplexing to extract one out of 16 or 32 channels having an aggregate bit rate of 10.56Gbit/s.
