High Resolution THz-TDS using Flare Coupled Metal Parallel-Plate Waveguides

We report on the microwave approach of coupling terahertz radiation into metal parallel plate waveguides. The coupling ratio is compared to the quasi optic coupling using silicon lenses. High resolution terahertz spectroscopy of micro crystalline films is presented.
