Abstract

A semiconductor-based 100 MHz Theta cavity design laser using a fiberized Fabry-Perot etalon with an intra-cavity modified Hänsch-Couillaud scheme is presented. AM noise spectra reveal suppression of the supermode noise spur by >30 dB.
