Compact, narrow linewidth, continuous-wave, intracavity optical parametric oscillator pumped by a semiconductor disk laser

Abstract

We report the narrow linewidth (<0.2nm) operation of a continuous-wave, intracavity optical parametric oscillator pumped by an InGaAs quantum-well semiconductor disk laser, delivering up to 300 mW of continuous-wave idler output power at 3.3 μm.
