Liquid Crystals Nonlinear Optics - CW to Femtoseconds All-Optical Signal Processing

Abstract

We present an overview of recent results obtained in pure and nano-dopant modified liquid crystals which possess extraordinarily ultrafast nonlinear nonlinearities for all-optical processing with lasers of wide ranging temporal and spectral characteristics.
