Observation of frequency shift in a dynamically tuned fiber grating cavity by a beating technique

Abstract

Dynamic frequency changes of light trapped in a fiber grating-based cavity, which is detuned by RF pulses, are detected by a simple, elegant, high-resolution method in which the trapped light beats with the incoming light.
