Frequency-doubled Supercontinuum for Scanning White-light Interferometry

Abstract

We present a compact, broadband source with tunable repetition rate working in the visible/near-infrared for scanning white-light interferometry. Three-dimensional characterization of MEMS with 7 micron axial resolution is demonstrated.
