Interband Cascade Lasers at Long Wavelengths

Abstract

We report the demonstration of InAs-based interband cascade lasers in a temperature range from 80 to 260 K operating in pulsed and continuous wave modes at wavelengths near 6.0, 7.4, and 10.3 microns.
