93% Conversion Efficiency from a Fiber Optical Parametric Oscillator

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate a χ(3) fiber optical parametric oscillator with a total internal conversion efficiency in excess of 93 % from the pump to the Stokes and anti-Stokes sidebands by introducing an intracavity filter.
