Angular Sliced Laguerre-Gaussian (LG) Beams to Increase the Channel Number in Spatial-Mode Multiplexed System

Abstract

An angular sliced LG beam rotates +90 or −90 degree and maintains the fan shape and spiral phase in the far field. It enables a new scheme of spatial-mode division multiplexing system in free space communication.
