Abstract

We present λ=1.26 m all quantum-dot (QD) master-oscillator-power-amplifier (MOPA) system with a pulse energy of 321 pJ, and peak power of 30.3 W at a repetition rate of 648 MHz for nonlinear bio-imaging applications.
