Optical Amplifier Based Power Stabilizer for Noise Suppression of Fiber Laser

Abstract

Reflective EDFA (REDFA) and reflective SOA (RSOA) based power stabilizers are designed respectively to suppress the intensity noise of fiber laser. The feasibility of both methods is verified theoretically and experimentally.
