Top-down Formation of Vertically-aligned Silicon Nanowire Bundles for Tuning Optical and Field Emission Properties

Abstract

We report a top-down strategy for realizing vertically-aligned silicon nanowire bundles which provide the controllability of surface reflectance by tuning the bundle parameters and superior field emission performance by reducing the screening effect.
