Abstract

We describe polarization-sensitive measurements of the modal content using wide-field optical low-coherence interferometry. This polarization-sensitive cross-correlation (C2) imaging technique is well suited for characterizing the impact of polarization on the amplification dynamics in high-power fiber lasers.
