Abstract

We demonstrate a 500 MHz ultra-low noise 58fs Tm fiber soliton laser based on carrier phase noise reduction with an electro-optic graphene modulator. The system is used for pumping a doubly resonant OP-GaAs OPO for coherent mid IR generation.
