Abstract

A novel fluorescence detection platform is proposed and developed using a flow-through, multi-hole capillary, which provides integrated micro-/nanofluidic channels for fast, efficient analyte delivery and large surface area for ultrasensitive (sub-femotomolar) biomolecular detection.
