Abstract

Acousto-optic tunable filters allow the realization of fast hyper-spectral imagers, with apertures to 25mm. With optimized electronics, wavelengths can be changed in 50-100 microseconds. Using the CUDA computing platform, we demonstrate real-time unmixing and classification of microscope images.
