High Performance InAs/InP C-Band Quantum Dot Coherence Frequency Comb Lasers

Abstract

We have experimentally demonstrated several InAs/InP quantum dot C-band coherence frequency comb lasers with the frequency spacing from 10 GHz to 100 GHz with the total output power of up to 50 mW.
