Acoustic frequency combs for unconditionally stable long-term carrier-envelope phase stabilization

Abstract

A novel scheme for feed-forward stabilization of the carrier-envelope phase of stabilized lasers is presented, which is virtually immune against slow drift effects and beam pointing variation.
