Abstract

We report on the synthesis and characterization of Aluminum-based Nano-Particles (AL-NPs). AL-NPs exhibit a very good homogeneity and reproducibility. Extinction spectroscopy measurements show that Al-NPs present sharp localized surface plasmon resonances (LSPRs) in the UV region.
