Isolated Attosecond Continua in the Water Window via High Harmonic Generation using a Few-cycle Infrared Light Source

Abstract

A few-cycle infrared light source is applied to generate isolated soft-x-ray continua in the water window via high harmonic generation. The current status of the light source and some strong-field experiments will be discussed.
