Millimeter-wave Radio-over-Fiber Access Architecture for Implementing Real-time Cloud Computing Service

Abstract

A cloud computing access network architecture based on millimeter-wave radio-over-fiber technologies has been proposed and demonstrated. Real-time communication between centralized computing resources and mobile wireless users are provided by bidirectional millimeter-wave over fiber links.
