Abstract

This paper introduces lateral contribution into interleaved junction. Numerical analysis suggests light-carrier overlap enhancement. VπLπ and energy consumption can both surpass lateral junction performance as opposed to conventional interleaved junction suffering from efficiency-energy conflict.
