Abstract

We devise Terahertz nanodetectors designed in a bolometric, thermoelectric, plasmonic or near-field probe configuration, exploiting novel bi-dimensional material systems, as topological insulators, black-phosphorus and Van der Walls heterostructures, all operating at room-temperature with state-of-the-art performances.
