Quantum nanophotonics with localized excitons in atomically thin semiconductors

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We report single photon emissionion from localized defects near the edges and inteface of single and multilayer tungsten diselenide. We present magneto-optical spectroscopy results and demonstrate voltage controlled photoluminescence of these localized quantum emitters.
