Single-frequency injection-seeded Q-switched Ho:YAG laser

Abstract

An injection-seeded Q-switched Ho:YAG laser at 2090 nm was demonstrated. Single-frequency laser pulses with energy of 17.04 mJ, and pulse duration of 122 ns at repetition rate of 250 Hz were obtained.
