Black Phosphorus Optoelectronics

Abstract

Recently, black phosphorus (BP) emerges as a promising new two dimensional (2D) material due to its unique physical properties. In this talk, we will review the recent study of optical properties of thin-film to monolayer BP and the development of BP based photonic devices.
