Broadband Terahertz Detection trough Plasmonic Photoconductive Nano-Antenna Arrays

Abstract

We present a high-performance photoconductive terahertz detector based on plasmonic terahertz nano-antenna arrays. We demonstrate terahertz detection with record-high signal-to-noise ratio levels as high as 107 dB over a 5 THz detection bandwidth.
