Three Dimensional Imaging of HeLa cells using light sheet based imaging flow cytometry

Abstract

Here we present a light sheet based imaging flow cytometry system to image 2D cross sections of the sample (HeLa cells) and these 2D sections in turn can be stitched together to form 3D image. The images are corrected for motion blur using Maximum a Posteriori algorithm(MAP).
