Enhancing the Response Time of Electrowetting Lenses Using Voltage Shaping

Abstract

We have demonstrated tunability of the response time of electrowetting lenses from underdamped to overdamped through input voltage shaping. This strategy shows great promise to further optimize the response time of electrowetting lenses.
