Frequency domain invisibility enables phase-preserving broadband cloaking

Abstract

We propose and experimentally demonstrate the first invisibility cloaking principle capable of preserving both the amplitude and the phase of a broadband illumination wave. A multiple frequency resonance is successfully cloaked over a 500-GHz bandwidth.
