Passively Q-switched erbium fiber laser using few-mode fiber long-period grating and carbon nanotube for cylindrical vector beam generation

Abstract

We have demonstrated an all-fiber erbium laser incorporating a few-mode fiber long-period grating passively Q-switched by carbon nanotube for cylindrical vector beam generation. The laser can output both radially and azimuthally polarized beams.
