Optimal Coupling in Cavity Optomechanical Systems

Abstract

We analyze a cavity optomechanical system suitable for foundry-level fabrication. Contrary to many structures, in which only the cavity design is optimized, we find an optimal coupling strength resulting in maximized optomechanical interaction and readout.
