Multi-arm Ultra-Low Noise Er:fiber Frequency Comb Comparison

We have performed a multi-arm Er:fiber-based frequency comb comparison. The optical beat frequencies are simultaneously realized over 90 THz (from 192 to 282 THz) showing an integrated phase noise below 55 mrad (1 Hz-1 MHz) and an overlapping ADEV of 5×10−17 at 1 s, averaging below 1×10−18 at 100 s (PI-mode).
