Highly-Efficient Cascaded Mirrorless OPO in Sub-µm Periodically Poled RKTP Crystals

Abstract

We demonstrate low threshold mirrorless optical parametric oscillation in sub-µm periodically poled RKTP crystals reaching an efficiency of 43%. The generated signal serves as a pump in a cascaded MOPO process in the same crystal.
