Abstract

We design a nonlinear waveguide for 2 f -to-3 f optical frequency conversion based on silicon nitride-lithium niobate and calculate high nonlinear conversion efficiencies of 898, 623, and 3169 %-W−1-cm−2 for the processes discussed.
