Highly Directional Single Photon Source Based on Nitrogen Vacancy Centers

Abstract

A stable single photon device consisting of a nitrogen vacancy center coupled to a bulls-eye grating will be presented. Beside the highly directional emission pattern, we will report on the functionalization technique using electrostatic forces.
