Highly Efficient Energy Transfer Between TMDCs and Organic Materials

Abstract

We demonstrate MoS2 photodetectors sensitized with highly absorbing organic j-aggregate thin films. Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) radius of 1.649 nm was estimated across the hybrid organic-inorganic interface.
