Electro-Elasto-Optical Properties of EEO Crystals (PMN-PT based relax ferroelectric Crystals) by Special Modifications

Important findings from a systematic investigation on Electro-Elasto-Optical characterization for PMN-PT based ferroelectric crystals. The new E-O material is biaxial EEO crystal with Ng=2.564, Nm=2.558, Np=2.545, 2V=109° and effective EO-coefficient γc over 300~600pm/V and Vπ less than 100V.
