Sub-120 fs Kerr-lens Mode-locked Tm:Sc2O3 Laser In-band Pumped by an Er;Yb Fiber MOPA

Abstract

We demonstrate a Kerr-lens mode-locked Tm3+:Sc2O3 laser in-band pumped by a 1611 nm Er-fiber laser. 115 fs pulses with 42.6 nm spectral bandwidth are obtained. The output power and repetition rate are 420 mW and 95 MHz, respectively.
