Graphene nano-optomechanical resonators on an integrated photonic platform

Abstract

Graphene nano-optomechanical resonators are demonstrated for the first time on an integrated photonic platform. A flexural mode with effective mass 4.5 fg and frequency 8.1 MHz was measured in air with mechanical Q of ~28.
