We demonstrate single-lane 112 Gb/s PAM-4 signal over 80 km SSMF by digital CD pre-compensation. Thanks for the residual positive CD enabled SPM mitigation, simplified Volterra filter equalizer secures BER below the 7% HD-FEC threshold.
